We are incredibly proud to have supplied reclaimed stone tiles for the Grade I listed Manor House at the National Trust’s Brockhampton Estate in Bromyard.
Lower Brockhampton Manor is one of the finest surviving examples of a late medieval timber-framed house, dating back to the late 14th century. Surrounded by its original moat and paired with a striking 16th-century brick gatehouse, the estate reflects centuries of remarkable evolution. From medieval craftsmanship to later Tudor additions, the buildings remain firmly rooted in traditional materials and local character.

Using reclaimed stone in a building like this feels especially fitting. Materials with history, texture and age help protect and preserve a place that has stood for over 600 years.
Huge credit goes to Treasure and Son Ltd, the skilled contractors entrusted with the work. Their care, knowledge and respect for historic buildings really shows, and it’s a privilege to see reclaimed materials given a second life in such an important setting.
At Ross Reclamation in Ross-on-Wye, we regularly supply reclaimed building materials for restoration, landscaping and construction projects across Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas.Ross Reclamation was established in Ross-on-Wye in 2020 with a simple aim: to give quality building materials a second life.
